I recently stayed at a Best Western in Ottawa and it was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious with a great sitting area, big TV, and a very comfy bed tucked away from the main door. The location was also convenient, close to the highway and various restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially Marvin, Stephanie, and the housekeeping team. They were cheerful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
